TALENT THAILAND
Talent Thailand is a national talent utilization platform. It processes and disseminates researcher data to enable agencies involved in workforce production and development, such as schools, universities, research institutes, and government agencies, to efficiently plan for high-level workforce utilization. The Talent Utilization Alliance can also deploy high-potential individuals to work in roles that meet the needs of various sectors, including the private sector, society, communities, and local areas, to maximize the country's future development.
The Talent Thailand project was initiated by the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), the Secretariat of the Subcommittee on Human Resources under the National Reform Committee on Culture, Sports, Labor, and Human Resource Development. The meeting discussed the creation of a national high-potential workforce database for use in workforce development policy formulation and the development of a Talent Utilization Platform for the National Talent Pool. This platform includes data analysis, including data on high-potential Thais residing in Thailand and abroad, to analyze and synthesize data for policy formulation, direction, and strategies for workforce production and development to meet national needs. Supporting rapid technological and business model changes.
